Refund FAQ
The 100% refund from United Global Coaches is exclusively applicable to the one-year subscription plan, typically priced at $99 per year (or any discounted rate you may have availed). Please note, any additional services purchased from United Global Coaches are not eligible for this refund policy and are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
Also, each coach is entitled to claim the United Global Coaches 100% refund just once. If you receive a refund and later subscribe to more services, these additional services won’t be eligible for a refund.
PLEASE NOTE: If you request a refund, your listing from the UGC directory will be deleted as well as all of marketing work done for your business will be dropped.
