I specialize in providing support to parents of LGBTQ+ children from conservative faith backgrounds who often feel like their world has been turned upside down. If this resonates with you, you might find yourself questioning everything you’ve ever known. The peace you once had now eludes you, and you’re searching for a sense of normalcy and grounding. You may yearn for your old life, or at least one that makes sense. The uncertainty of the present or future can be overwhelming because the certainty you once relied on seems to have disappeared. Essentially, you want your world to be turned right side up again.

My coaching approach is grounded in trauma-informed principles. We work together to explore and understand the root causes of the challenges you’re facing. By increasing awareness and understanding, we create space for change and the growth of new sources of fulfillment. As your awareness grows, your sense of being a victim diminishes, and you step into your own power.

I also offer support to LGBTQ+ teenagers dealing with self-esteem and body image issues on a case-by-case basis.
